SquadCon `25: Victory by Design is a two-day conference powered by BGH Foundation dba BlackGirlsHack . This conference is in Las Vegas during Hacker Summer Camp. SquadCon `25 will be held August 5-6th, 2025 at the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. We will have amazing keynotes, discussion panels, beginner-friendly hands-on workshops, and a fantastic lineup of research and fireside chats on some of the latest edge trends in cybersecurity.

SquadCon `25 is more than just a conference. It’s a mission to address underrepresentation in the field of cybersecurity. By highlighting diverse contributions and experiences, SquadCon `25: Victory by Design provides an inspiring opportunity for attendees to learn about cybersecurity, emerging technologies, AI and ethical hacking in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our goal is to “Con Differently.” Focusing on inclusivity, we promote diversity and inclusion within the cybersecurity community. Michelle PruittFractional Executive and Chief Digital and AI Officer

Michelle Pruitt is a strategic leader at the forefront of AI innovation, platform strategy, and business transformation. As Fractional Executive and Chief Digital and AI Officer, she brings deep cross-industry expertise and a track record of building scalable, integrated solutions that drive measurable impact.

A pioneer in AI TrustOps, Michelle is known for designing secure, inclusive, and ethically grounded technologies across high-risk, highly regulated sectors. Her leadership spans multibillion-dollar initiatives, go-to-market alignment, and operational excellence.

A Forbes-featured voice, TEDx speaker, and Oscar-qualifying Executive Producer, Michelle also serves as an executive coach—helping leaders accelerate momentum and lead with purpose.

Camille Stewart GlosterDistinguished Strategist, Attorney, and Executive

Camille Stewart Gloster is a strategist, attorney, and executive recognized for her expertise at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, national security, and foreign policy. Throughout her career, she has consistently positioned herself at the forefront of emerging technologies and their societal impacts.

Her career began at Cyveillance focusing on internet governance, cyber defense, and digital safety, later expanding to data privacy and democratic resilience at the Department of Homeland Security as Senior Policy Advisor for Cyber. At Google, she led Product Security Strategy for all of Alphabet after building and leading the Security Policy and Election Integrity teams for Google Play and Android.

As Deputy National Cyber Director for Technology & Ecosystem Security at the White House (2022–2024), Camille provided counsel to the President and spearheaded national strategies on technology security, playing key roles in the 2023 National Cybersecurity Strategy, AI Executive Order, and 2024 Data Security Executive Order.

Camille co-founded the #ShareTheMicInCyber movement and has been recognized with honors including Business Insider's AI 100 and Microsoft Security Changemaker of the Year.

She holds a Juris Doctor from American University, a CISO certificate from Carnegie Mellon University, and certifications as a CISSP and PMP, bringing this expertise to her current work advancing AI governance and digital resilience.

Allie Joy TsaheyCEO of Baddies in Tech

Allie Joy Tsahey is an award winning Ghanaian-American entrepreneur, community builder, and career strategist. She is the Founder and CEO of Baddies in Tech, a career mobility platform that provides access to supportive networks, skill development resources, and job opportunities to help women of color thrive in technology. Allie’s impact on culture and inclusion in the tech industry has been featured in global publications such as Ebony Magazine, Bloomberg, Yahoo News, and AfroTech.

Baddies in Tech is a professional development and networking community for women of color in tech. Our mission is to create a more diverse and equitable tech industry by inspiring, empowering, and connecting Black, Latina, and Native American (BLNA) women in technology. We do this by providing our users with access to free or discounted technical up-skilling resources, mentorship, networking and job opportunities. Through our programs, we aim to double the representation of women of color in computing roles to 10% by 2030.

Triple/Quad Occupancy. The Contract Guestroom Rates are quoted per Guestroom, per night, single/double occupancy. There will be an additional per-person charge of $15.00 for triple/quad occupancy.

Resort Fees. A $42.00 resort fee, reduced from $54.95, will be charged per room per night. The resort fee includes FREE Valet Parking (a DAILY savings of up to $50 compared to neighboring Hotels), FREE Self-Parking (a DAILY savings of up to $25 compared to neighboring Hotels), in-room Wi-Fi internet access, fitness center access, in-season pool access, two complimentary water bottles, local and toll-free phone calls. The current tax rate is 13.38%, subject to change at any time.
