In my story, I’ve grappled with Imposter Syndrome, particularly in navigating male-dominated fields throughout my journey. One recurring challenge has been addressing the interview question: “How do you handle being a woman in a male-dominated field?” Networking has been instrumental, connecting me with people who understand and can relate to the unique hurdles I’ve faced. I advocate for inclusivity, emphasizing that not everyone knows the struggle and that gatekeeping has no place in our community. My goal is to share my experiences to ensure that there are women out there who look like you, think like you, and thrive in the industry. I encourage others not to fear taking risks and to embrace the opportunities available to them.
